Groupon requires all merchants to accept the Groupon for its cash value, the amount you actually paid for it for up to 5 years after its expiration date.  We are happy to do this.  But we also want to offer a better solution for those who forget they have a Groupon and can’t get a ride in before the expiration date with our Expired Groupon Redeal.

Last Minute Reservations to Fill Existing Rides

All expired Groupons can be used with 24 hours or less notice.  If we have an opening for your number of riders then we will schedule you in and see you soon!  Call or e-mail to use your expired Groupon.  This offer is only good weekends in June, all days in July and August and weekends in September and October.

Upgrade your Expired Groupon

If you’d like to upgrade to an available seasonal ride that is $25 or more than the original value of the Groupon and there is an opening on one of those ride then you will only have to pay the difference between that and the Groupon deal value.  For example, if you’d like to use your Winter Wonderland Beginner Ride Groupon in July for a 2hr ride, then you would get the full value of the Groupon at $120 and pay the difference of $105 to do this ride.

Rules For All Merchant Offers Purchased Through Groupon

These rules apply unless the Fine Print states or law requires otherwise.

Vouchers have two separate values: (a) the amount paid and (b) the promotional value. The promotional value is the additional value beyond the amount paid.

1. • For traditional Groupon vouchers, the promotional value will EXPIRE on the date specified in the offer, unless prohibited by law. The amount paid WILL NEVER EXPIRE and must continue to be honored by the merchant after the promotional value expires. The amount paid may be applied toward any goods or services offered by the merchant if the original goods or services specified on the voucher are no longer available. Promotional value can’t be combined with other offers. Doesn’t cover tax or gratuity. Not reloadable. Fully transferable.
