Come Stay with Us This Year!
With over 5000 acres of recreational forest right off the property riders can enjoy 5 different 1 to 2 hour loops just on this side of the forest.
ATVers are welcome as well so for those couples who have different interests you can now vacation together in one place!
Jugtown Forest offers sandy trails, winding brooks and rivers, wildlife and beautiful wildflowers. Fishing, walking, hiking, biking, pets, hunting, and recreational vehicles of all kinds are allowed in the Forest.
The Lakes Region ATV Club maintains trails inside and outside Jugtown for many more miles of trails. We have mountain top views and restaurant destinations.
At the farm we offer a variety of stay types. Overnight parking with bathroom facilities, motel and hostel type rental rooms. We can accommodate some groups as well with trucks and trailers up to 50 feet long.

Everything Else You Should Know
ATV Clinics for Horses Every Friday evening we will offer a free ATV clinic. This can include a beginner course where we will introduce your horse to an ATV properly and he will begin to like them. We can do practice runs on our farm trails to teach you best practices when approaching and passing ATV and helping you acclimate your horse to them. But all clinics are for every rider from beginner to advanced where we will discuss responsibility, how to handle meeting and greeting and how to plan ahead.
WIFI Wifi is available free throughout the farm and grounds. No streaming or large downloads are allowed.
ATV Care There is a local garage that handles all types of small engines and recreational vehicles.
Off Farm Boating, golf, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more are all just 15 minutes or less away! Small beach at the bottom of the hill is a 5 minute walk. Dumping stations, laundromats and camper services. Check out our local attractions and food.
Outdoor Kitchen area There will be a grill and other cooking appliances in an outdoor setting with campfire ring, picnic tables and washing area free of charge.
Wagon Ride to Pear’s Ice Cream Book a relaxing trip to the ice cream shop for dinner and dessert any evening of the week. A great way to relax at the end of the day and perfect to include non riders in an activity on the farm.
Horse Rentals We have horses available for situations in which some riders don’t have their own horses to bring. Maybe your group can’t transport all the horses at the farm or husband and wife teams where one doesn’t ride regularly but would like to spend a little time in the saddle. All guided trail ride rules apply including a guide. But you can ride at whatever level the rental rider is proficient. The guide is just there to make sure the horse and rider are safe. Prices depend on length of ride and demand on the day of your ride. Call to book with your room and paddock.
Rooms / Lodging
Due to Covid 19 restrictions we have chosen not to offer rooms in the summer. We may make them available for fall and will make them available as soon as we know. Come stay in the updated old farm house while your horses enjoy our spacious paddocks and sheds.
