Sun Porch Information and Pricing
If you are visiting the area for any reason you can rent our cute Sun Porch with private bath, entrance and mini kitchenette. A two person quiet spot with queen size bed, kitchen table, smart tv with wifi access, pull out couch and chairs, microwave, small refrigerator and deck overlooking the horse paddocks and barn. Parking right at the door and access to fire pit and grill are included. You do not have to use our services to stay with us.
Weekends at the Sun Porch are a minimum of three nights stay for $170 including a cleaning fee and taxes. Weekly rentals are $410 from Friday to Thursday. Additional fee for a pet of $10 per night. There is no checkout time on Thursdays for riders as long as we don’t have anyone coming in that night. Otherwise checkout time is 12 pm and check in is 3 pm.
Bring Your Pet to the Sun Porch
One dog is welcome to stay in the Sun Porch at a time. Must be quiet, house trained and carry paperwork with all shots, rabies, deworming and cannot have fleas. Owners must pick up after pets and keep them on a leash at all times while on the property. Farm dogs, chickens and goats are loose on the property so only dogs who are friendly with dogs, livestock and people are welcome.
Bring Your Own Horse to the Sun Porch
If you want to bring your own horses with you to the Sun Porch we have outdoor sheds with private paddocks available for two visiting horses in direct sight of the Sun Porch! Direct access to trails on a 5,000 acre recreational forest makes our farm the perfect trail riding get away. Visit www.jugtownforest.org for more information on trails.
