These sites don’t include any amenities but they can be added on. Each site has two stalls, room to extend your canopy and picnic tables nearby. No hookups are available but you can use a quiet generator. $30/night. This is a popular choice for travelers that are on the way to or from Acadia to ride. Living Quarters Parking
We are not calling it camping because there are no hookups and we are not an official campground. But we have some excellent options for those with living quarters or who would like to stay in their trailer. Parking is only $45 for a three day weekend, $90 for a seven night stay. Your horses must be kept in our paddocks which vary in price and are listed below. When reserving your stay please check the availability of the paddock you would like in the reservation system before booking to make sure which ones are available. Groups who would like to use our three regular parking areas and two other alternate parking areas are welcome to call to book. Hook ups are not available. We do have outdoor wifi, a guest restroom and a picnic area with outdoor kitchen and fire places. There is also a full bathroom available at an extra charge for showers. This is a separate reservation if you would like access to the shower you can find the reservation choice on the reservation platform. For more information on pets and rules click here. Check this link to find out what you can do in the immediate area and for restaurants and food.
Other Farm Amenities
Shower We have a shower with outdoor access. Use of the shower for weekend guests is an additional $10 per person. For weekly guests it is $20 per person for the entire stay. Limit of one shower per person per day maximum.
ATV Clinics for Horses Every Friday evening we will offer a free ATV clinic. This can include a beginner course where we will introduce your horse to an ATV properly and he will begin to like them. We can do practice runs on our farm trails to teach you best practices when approaching and passing ATV and helping you acclimate your horse to them. But all clinics are for every rider from beginner to advanced where we will discuss responsibility, how to handle meeting and greeting and how to plan ahead.
WIFI Wifi is available free throughout the farm and grounds but it is limited. If too many people are using it at once it can be terribly slow. So we ask all users to put their phone on a limited setting unless they are using it. Or to turn wifi off when not using it. Apps download constantly so it is continually drawing the wifi signal even when you are not using it.
ATV Care There is a local garage that handles all types of small engines and recreational vehicles.
Off Farm Boating, golf, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and more are all just 15 minutes or less away! Small beach at the bottom of the hill is a 5 minute walk. Dumping stations, laundromats and camper services. Click here for a great list of things to do.
Outdoor Kitchen area There will be a grill and other cooking appliances in an outdoor setting with campfire ring, picnic tables and washing area free of charge.
Horse Rentals We have horses available for situations in which some riders don’t have their own horses to bring. Maybe your group can’t transport all the horses at the farm or husband and wife teams where one doesn’t ride regularly but would like to spend a little time in the saddle. All guided trail ride rules apply including a guide. But you can ride at whatever level the rental rider is proficient at. The guide is just there to make sure the horse and rider are safe. Prices depend on length of ride and demand on the day of your ride. Call to book with your room and paddock.
